Here Are The Basics:



To rent videos, mail or email us a list of the catalog numbers of the tapes you'd like to rent. (See Video Catalog Listings) Since many of our tapes are in use by other customers at any given time, it's advisable to list alternates if delays are to be avoided.



We'll send one tape from your list by return mail, along with a short registration from for you to return with the first video. Subsequent rental shipments can be 2, 3, or 4 videos.



All rentals are shipped by U.S. Postal Service. We pay postage out; you pay postage back.



When you receive your shipment of rental cassettes, you may keep it one week.



Return videos using the packaging materials provided. Payment for each shipment should be included with the returning videos; we do not require payment in advance.



Rental fees are as follows: one video - $6.50, 2 videos - $12.00, 3 videos - $17.00, 4 videos - $21.00. We send the shipments by Media Mail. You can receive faster service by requesting Priority Mail (at rental rates of $7.50, $14.00, $19.00, and $23.50.



Upon receiving your returns, we will send another shipment within a few days unless you specify longer intervals.

PAYMENT

Personal checks and money orders are accepted; cash may be sent at your own risk. Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal (our PayPal ID is clearsig@intrepid.net).



Payment should always be enclosed with your returning videos. We do not ask for payment in advance; you should be able to play and view the video before having to pay for it. If there is a mechanical problem with the tape that prevents it from working properly, no payment is expected for that tape.


We give credit rental coupons in exchange for trade-in videos, and if you have coupons you should enclose one coupon for each cassette you rented.



Other forms of payment may be considered. Unused postage stamps, silver coins, and so forth have been accepted from customers in the past. Ask us first!
